While we offer flexible working hours, team members should be available during core hours of 10 AM - 2 PM in their local time zone for meetings and collaboration. Outside these hours, you can structure your workday to best suit your productivity.

Use your calendar to block off focus time, breaks, and indicate when you're available for meetings. Update your Slack status when stepping away, and ensure your working hours are set in Google Calendar.

We focus on outcomes rather than hours worked. However, please log your time off and notify your team if you'll be unavailable during core hours.

Communication Guidelines

For Slack messages during work hours: aim to respond within 2-3 hours. For emails: within 24 hours. For urgent matters, use the @urgent Slack tag or direct phone calls.
